Private Dining

Holiday Party
Groups that book their holiday party prior to 9/28/08 will receive a complimentary champagne toast and discounted wine service with dinner.

30 person minimum Offer applies to events that take place in the Ocean Room or Chalet

Corporate Groups
Groups that book 10 room nights or more will receive a complimentary welcome reception with house wine and chef’s selection of hors d’oeuvre for one hour

Company wine or beer dinner
Book your company’s summer wine/beer dinner in our chalet terrace overlooking the Narragansett Bay and the Newport Bridge. Explore fantastic wine/beer and hear about them from our five star Sommelier while tasting delicious creations from our Castle Hill culinary team

Hold a meeting in Newport between November 15th and April 15th and get more for your meeting dollar.

Receive a complimentary one hour Welcome Reception (including beer, wine and a selection of passed hors d’oeuvres) and an upgraded guestroom and amenity package (which includes an additional complimentary room over and above customary comps, five room amenities and a percentage of upgrades to premium rooms based on total number booked).
